Each order is individually made by us. We illustrate your picture in detail. The production time for photo editing is usually one working day, and an illustration can take up to 3 working days if it is a complex image. For a large volume of orders, the production time may be extended.
You can change your order until you receive the confirmation email. After that, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
If you have ordered an illustration, we will send you a preview that we use as the print template. For all other products, you will receive your artwork immediately (without preview). Contact our support with your order number if you wish to see a preview.
Your artwork is individually digitally edited or traced by our artists so that it can be printed in high resolution. Therefore, the images should meet the requirements from our photo guide so that we can draw it true to the original and capture every detail.

You can cancel your order as long as you have not yet received a confirmation email that your digital artwork is being created. Up to this point, we will refund you the full price. Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible after receiving the confirmation email. Since it is a custom-made product, exchange or return is also excluded. If you are not satisfied with your delivered artwork, please contact our support with your order number. Since we are only satisfied if you are satisfied, we will look for a solution together.
