2. Data processing for contract processing, contacting, and opening a customer account
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us during your order or when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we need the data to process the contract, or to process your contact request, and you cannot send the order or contact request without providing it. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide to process the contract and handle your inquiries in accordance with Art. 6 (1) S. 1 lit. b GDPR. 3. Data processing for the purpose of shipping processing
For the purpose of contract fulfillment pursuant to Art. 6 (1) S. 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.
The same applies to the transfer of data to our manufacturers or wholesalers in cases where they take over the shipping for us (drop shipment). These are considered shipping service providers within the meaning of this privacy policy.

Google Analytics
For the purpose of website analysis, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, as well as information about your use of our website) is automatically collected and stored with Google Analytics, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Your IP address is generally not merged with other data from Google. Data processing is based on an agreement on data processing by Google.
For the purpose of optimized marketing of our website, we have activated the data sharing settings for “Google products and services”. Thus, Google can access the data collected and processed by Google Analytics and then use it to improve Google services. Facebook Ads
We advertise this website via Facebook Ads on Facebook and other platforms. We determine the parameters of the respective advertising campaign. The data will subsequently be deleted. The Live Chat Tool is provided by Zoho Corporation BV, Hoogoorddreef 15, 1101 BA, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, acting on our behalf.
